What is STORY SPARK?
STORY SPARK is a lifestyle brand that celebrates the connection of technology and art. We've created a line of unique graphic tees that help individuals express their passion for tech and the human progress it brings. As techies and artists ourselves, our hope is to help everyone not lose sight of their humanity in a growing digital world.
What does STORY SPARK mean?
One of our underlying goals as artists is to connect people. The more people are connected, the more fulfilled everyone becomes. So we thought, what better way to connect than by sharing a story? And how does one start that dialog? With your unique spark.
Who designs your graphics?
Based in southern California, USA, our small in-house design team creates each and every one of our original graphics from concept to execution.
Are your designs AI-generated?
No, they do not use generative AI. We're actually quite old-school when it comes to our process. Each design begins with a concept that our team brainstorms and then visualizes via hand or digital sketches. The final designs are all finished in Adobe Illustrator as vector art for ease in scalability and flexibility in production.
Do you design custom t-shirts?
Yes! We have had the pleasure of creating custom graphic t-shirts for organizations and events. Please send us the details of your inquiry via our contact form to get started.
How do your t-shirts fit?
It depends on the style of shirt that you're interested in. All sizes are US-based with the majority of our crewneck unisex tees being fitted but true to size. If the person is generally in between sizes, we recommend sizing up if a looser fit is preferred. Please refer to the sizing details on the particular design that you're interested in.
Will your t-shirts shrink?
Like any other unworn cotton-based t-shirt, some slight shrinkage will occur upon its first wash. Most of our tees are constructed with a blend of ringspun cotton and polyester so there typically will only be some shrinking vertically rather than horizontally. We highly recommend washing any graphic tee inside-out in cold water and tumble drying on LOW heat or hang drying for the best care. If sizing is a big concern, sizing up is a good rule of thumb. When should I expect my order to arrive?
Items typically ship within 1-3 business days from the completion of an order. For orders within the US, please allow 1 week for delivery. For international orders, please allow 2 weeks. We try to fulfill your items as fast as humanly as possible, but there could be delays with mail carriers that are beyond our control.
Can I exchange my item for another size?
Yes, definitely! We just ask that you pay for shipping the item back to us in its original condition. Once received, we'll be glad to send you your requested size free of charge for sizes XS-XL (XXL andl larger require an additional charge). We recommend contacting us beforehand to ensure your preferred size is still available. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges, returns, or refunds.
How do I make a return or exchange?

Do you have a physical storefront?
It is definitely one of our goals to have a permanent retail store in the future. However we have partnered with some co-op stores to carry some of our products in person. Please see our Shop in Store page for details. Otherwise, we have many weekend popup shops in California. Please check out our Events page to get a listing of upcoming locations.
Do you take wholesale orders?
Yes, we are open to working with retailers. Please send us your information and the details of your inquiry via our contact form. You can also place a wholesale order via our Faire online storefront if you prefer.
