Late or missing refunds

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Due to the nature of digital products, there are no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations of any digital downloads once a purchase transaction has been placed. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if there are any problems.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. When your eligible return has been received, the cost of the initial shipping will not be included in your refund.
For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item since shipping is beyond our control.
